The nature of our involvement is to develop a valuable relationship with our clients.  We achieve this by making the difference in helping our clients implement and manage specific solution. 

Depending on what we offer and what is required we will meet &/or be in regular communication to ensure action and progress is being achieved. 

Agenda are set for every meeting to ensure efficient use of people's time and input.

After each meeting the required actions are listed and delegated.

The collaboration will evolve as the relationship grows; from service provider, to trusted adviser, to mentor.
