• ensure general accounting work meets the standard set
• contribute to the developmentof client work plans
• build and implement new strategies to further develop existing clients
• work with senior Management and Partners to set and achieve the overall business direction, strategy, objectives and budget
• have a detailed understanding of current accounting and taxation practices and be able to offer clear technical guidance and direction
• be yourself, be passionate about what you are doing and portray a sense of pride, initiative and purpose in this most important position.

To be seriously considered, you will have the expected qualifications (Accounting Degree, CPA/CA designation), exposure to relevant software packages and have 6+ years of accounting experience in a medium to large Accounting/Business Advisory firm.  A proven understanding of taxation and reporting requirements would be an advantage.  You must have strong Relationship Management skills (both internal and external), be prepared to contribute as an active member of a uniquely dynamic team and have the necessary drive and energy to succeed.
