Championed by Richard Williams, a Victorian finalist in the 2007 Australian of the Year (awarded to Dame Elizabeth Murdoch), evolve one80 foundation philosophy mirrors that of it's principal's - to drive social entrepreneurship in an effective and meaningful way. 

Richard is also the founder of the successful volunteer organisation, the Pied Pipers, a group dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Melbourne's Royal Children’s Hospital, (RCH).  The Pied Pipers have actively contributed to RCH for more than 39 years and raised inexcess of $12 million ('present value') during this period.

Richard's leading example has inspired and encouraged the evolve one80 group to actively contribute to helping individuals as well as larger communities.
