Our People Search Process includes:

  • Gaining feedback from the leader as to the critical expectations
  • General awareness of the core culture, purpose and vision
  • Determining the ideal candidate through employee profile
  • Conducting targeted marketing of the opportunity/position
  • Selection Process - we have adopted a different approach to short-listing and interviewing (Phone & Face-to-Face).
  • Involving our clients (Business Leader(s), Direct Managers and Potential Colleagues) - at the appropriate interviews
  • Assessment - Personality profiling and skills/knowledge/experience/testing/evaluation
  • Giving client and candidate feedback
  • Client decision and candidate offer
  • Acceptance and commencement date
  • Induction and transition strategy
  • Probationary/performance Review

People Search Packages consist of transparent Flat Fees, only payable upon successful placement - no retainers. We feel that our fees provide 'value for investment'. 

The difference of each People Search Package relates directly to key variables that are required to successfully attract and assess - engage the right candidates to be involved in the selection process.  We share the risk with you and extend the length of the 'Placement Guarantee'  depending on the selected package - up to 12 months is available.
